At Q Evon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and include the printed RMA form to ensure your return is identified and processed correctly.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
